Compelling content as a tool for stories
As a proud Millennial, I've been using social media platforms since 2007, and turning that into a career has shown me just how many different ways a story can be told.
Since relocating to New York City in 2023, I've served as Senior Marketing Manager at Ballet Hispánico New York, where I lead social strategy, content creation, and campaign execution across every platform we own. Since taking over our organic social strategy, I've grown our Instagram following by nearly 50% —from 21,447 to 31,246 followers— while producing everything from photoshoots and mini-documentary series to direct mail campaigns that reach 30,000+ households every season.
I thoroughly enjoy telling stories through content, whether it's a graphic, a video, or a full campaign calendar. It's incredibly satisfying to watch a digital strategy go from concept to something an audience actually shows up for.
Since 2019, I've worked across entertainment, healthcare, podcasting, and now the performing arts — and every industry has taught me something new about reaching an audience honestly.
What have I learned from all of this? We all have a story to share. My job is helping find the way to tell it.
