Sharing stories to get answers
Behind the microphone there's a whole other universe of possibilities. From there, I get to tell new stories and interview artists, giving them a platform to share what they do for a living. Being a podcaster opened a door to a journalist side of me I didn't know existed.
Six years and five full seasons in, Backstage Talk has grown from a debut episode recorded in Colombia into a globally distributed show — 130+ episodes, listeners in 50+ countries, and a growing community on Instagram. Season 6 is currently in the works.
Enjoy!

Welcome to Backstage Talk Podcast!
I started this show with two purposes in mind: first, to bridge the gap between the Colombian Musical Theatre industry and Broadway; and second, to shed light on the people usually working just out of the spotlight — ensemble and company performers, producers, teachers, composers, stage managers, and more.
Since joining the Broadway Podcast Network, Backstage Talk has become the first and only multilingual podcast on the network, featuring guests like Tony winner Sergio Trujillo, Tony-winning producer Joey Monda, and Broadway leading actresses Ana Villafañe and Mandy Gonzalez. I've also had the chance to bring the show on the road, moderating panels at BroadwayCon since 2022.
